IMPORTANT NOTICE: By using our Site or purchasing from Darpet Doors & Trim (“Darpet”), you agree—with limited exception—that most disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action. 1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and Shopify-hosted storefront. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Entire Agreement & Updates

These Terms, together with referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and Darpet. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Darpet. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All content is owned by or licensed to Darpet. You may only use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5. Orders, Pricing & Returns

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order. Prices may change without notice. Stock trim and hardware may be returned within 90 days if unused and uncut. Doors, clearance, and special-order items are non-returnable. See our Return Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when items are handed to the carrier. Inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services and products are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product at issue.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darpet and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, except where consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Darpet@Darpet.com. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration. Class actions are not permitted. You may opt out within 30 days of first use.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from our Site. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
