What Is Inactive Door?

The leaf of a pair of doors that normally remains secured and is opened when additional width is needed.

An inactive door is the secondary leaf in a pair of doors. It is commonly secured with flush bolts or other hardware and is opened when the full doorway width is required.

Buying Considerations
