Returns
Hardware must be undamaged, in original packaging and include every piece that goes with the hardware. Hardware is returnable in the condition above up to 90 days after purchase date. Special order hardware, that is not stocked, will not be returnable. Credit will be given to the customer once hardware is received and inspected by Darpet employees. Darpet reserves the right to reject any return that is incomplete from the requirements above. Refund credits will be received within 4-6 business days and will remain on the account until the customer directs Darpet to refund the money. Cash refunds will be issued in a check or with a credit card. Darpet shall not under any circumstances be held responsible for any damages whatsoever arising from the improper use, incorrect installation and/or manufacturing defect of the merchandise sold., the cost of installation, repainting, refinishing or any labor associated or related to the replacement item. Should the factory finish be proved defective, we will at our option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product or component, in exchange for the product.
